1. What The Girls Trip Guide is
The Girls Trip Guide is a private trip-planning service designed to help an organiser and invited group keep trip details, costs, reminders and related media together. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, accommodation provider or insurer. Any flight, hotel, transfer, restaurant or other travel booking remains between you and the relevant third-party provider.
2. Creating and joining a trip
The organiser is responsible for creating the trip, entering accurate information and deciding who is invited. Invited members must use the service lawfully and must not try to access trips they have not been invited to. If you share an invitation with the wrong person, tell us promptly.
3. Free Trip
Free Trip is provided without a purchase price and is intended to be genuinely useful on its own. It may include trip setup, dates, destinations, flights, stays, costs, per-person splits, reminders and other planning tools shown in the product at the time you use it.
4. Full Trip
Where available, Full Trip is an optional one-off upgrade for a single trip. The current advertised price is £24.99 one-off, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Full Trip may add the GALS character-message system, richer nudges, enhanced photo and video features, and the hidden post-trip gallery.
Full Trip media currently includes up to 20 GB for 12 months. It is not sold as permanent or long-term archive storage. Download anything you want to keep before the media period ends.
5. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Paid purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The price and any material purchase terms will be shown before you pay. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and other material you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. You must have the right to upload the content and should respect the privacy and rights of the people appearing in it.
Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, content that seriously infringes another person's rights, or anything intended to abuse or compromise the service.
7. Private trips
Trips are designed to be private and invitation-only. That does not mean you should treat the service as a substitute for your own judgement about sensitive information. Do not upload passwords, full payment-card details or passport scans unless a feature explicitly asks for information and explains why it is needed.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but online services occasionally need maintenance, security work or changes. We may update features where reasonably necessary, including to improve security, usability or compliance. We will not deliberately turn a paid feature into something materially different without considering the rights of affected customers.
9. Responsibility for the trip
The Girls Trip Guide helps organise information; it does not make travel decisions for you. You remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, entry requirements, bookings, payment deadlines, health and safety decisions, and checking information supplied by travel providers.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party travel providers, inaccurate trip information entered by users, events outside our reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used or purchased the service.
11. Intellectual property
The Girls Trip Guide name, branding, site design, copy, character system and original product materials belong to us or our licensors. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you.
