Refunds & cancellation

A clear 14-day refund promise for the £24.99 Full Trip purchase.

Effective: 4 September 2026

Our 14-day promise

The organiser who buys Full Trip may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason, even if immediate access has started or paid features have been used. This contractual promise is in addition to UK statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or use the Contact page and choose Payment or refund. Include the purchaser's name, purchase email, trip name and approximate purchase date. Do not send card details. No special wording or reason is required.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and check the payment record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to issue them promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Bank or card processing time is outside our control.

After a full refund, paid entitlements may be removed and the trip may return to Free Trip. Download paid-feature media you wish to keep before requesting the refund. A refund does not cancel third-party travel bookings.

After 14 days

We do not normally refund for a change of mind after 14 days. This does not affect remedies where the service or digital content is faulty, not as described, unavailable, or not provided with reasonable care and skill. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund.

Duplicate or unauthorised charges

Report duplicate or suspected unauthorised charges immediately. We will investigate and correct any verified error. Contact us before starting a chargeback where possible; this is not a condition of any legal right.
